Not sure what's going on with my weigh in..if this keeps up there will be no loss in a month. I'm off to the gym in a few...hmm re-thinking why bother :(

What about your waist? Any
change there?
My wife has had several stalls,
sometimes for a couple of
months.
Don't give up.
There are so many reasons for
stalls..kinda difficult to
pinpoint the exact cause.
Hi chari,
Like Orlando mentioned what about all your measurements? Also what about definiton. You know the scale has been a pain to me for a while but there is a lot better definition. Noticing it in the back, arms, legs and shoulders (can not really measure there well). Just this week some people at the gym mentioned congrats on breaking the plateau, sadly I have not. But things do look better.
Do not give up! The scale can always go back up. Before YOAD had tried so much and could only get 10 to 15 off and it would stop. With the 60 off I know it can go just have to keep at it. I have cut back on gym time, it was just getting to long hour wise. It has not hurt (as in gains) just made the time count for more. Trying to have focus on the added types of exercise (yoga, Pilates) which help with stress. I do think stress can be a factor. Not to mention those fun hormones (they are back to fun and games, love this age). For me I am trying to think of the exercise and eating as the way of life and not a means to weight loss so the lack of losses does not sabotage me.
Sending good vibes your way, we will do it.
Rie
No change in my waist and that's the only thing I measure. This really isn't a stall, it a gain..lol.
Thanks you two for caring. I am not gonna give up, I am doing this for my health, if I don't loose another pound I still must keep it up. No Pilates here Rie, I should try the yoga class though!
I'll be checking on both of you.
Chari
