Millet Bread

Millet Bread- for the Bread Machine

Ingredients:
1 cup Soy Milk (room temperature)
1 large Egg + 1 Egg White
1-1/2 Tb Honey
2-1/4 cup Whole Wheat Flour
3/4 cup Millet Flour
3 Tb Vital Wheat Gluten
2-1/4 Tb Italian Herb Blend
3/4 tsp Sea Salt
2 tsp Yeast, Active Dry
1/3 cup Hulled Millet
Directions:
This is a wonderful crunchy bread that fills the air with subtle scent of Italian seasonings when baked. This attractive millet-studded loaf owes its crunch to the millet seeds.

Add all ingredients in the order suggested by your bread machine cycle and process on the basic bread cycle according to the manufacturer’s directions.

Let loaf cool for 15 minutes before slicing.

Yield: 1-1/2 lb. loaf
