Is that 1400 calories gross or
1400 caloies net (deducting the
600 calories for your exercise).
If it's 1400 calories gross,
than it would bring you down to
800 calories net for the day.
That would be MUCH too less
calories. You would be hitting
starvation mode which would
definately put some brakes on
your weight loss.
Be sure to follow Calorie King's
recommendations for calories
needed per day.

Hi Marshall, that's 800 net, I should eat 1,624 in calories a day but at that rate I wasn't losing. When I bring it down to 1,300-1,400 I lose. Some days are higher, I just need to find the right balance. Thanks for helping me.
