204.6 Journaling

It's official, 2.2 pound gain for the month and 1/2 inch gain on my waist, what a waste of a month struggling to eat right and find time for exercise!

Edit:
Went to the gym and did 10 minute warm up on the track , legs and 1 core machine, 20 minutes on the elliptical HIIT, 20 minutes treadmill HIIT =500 calories burnt and stayed on track eating wise...maybe 1,500 calories.

Hi Chari,
Sorry about the gain. But it might just be a daily bounce thing. I have been in the 5 pd. bounce, depending on the day through this stall. I know the idea about what a waste BUT the one Pilates/yoga instructor pointed out the internal health benefits the exercise and eating right is doing, even if the scale is being a pain. You have done great for that. I am hoping the doc may have some insight this Wed. or it will just be trying things again.
In the yoga class yesterday she had us working harder than usual. Even the long standing people had some hard times. The work on the core was very tough. Worked up a sweat and had muscles shaking. It got me thinking that a switch to more non weight machine workout (not just yoga though) might be a wake up call to this old body and get things going again. It certainly had me whining in my head while praying she would switch the poses.
I have to believe one way or another it is going to go. Just hard keeping from getting hooked on the non loss thoughts.

Rie , I was noticing on your weight loss tracker, you did really well until a certain point. Any ideas what changed...it looks like you stopped losing after you were sick. I was doing BFL three years back and had really good results. I wish I would have kept better notes. Thanks for being here and cheering me on!
