Journaling

Did 1 hour on the track with a few sprints, eating was good. I really need to be in Onederland!
It's snowing here!

Hi Chari,
They had threatened snow here but we did not get it which is fine by me. Do not think it is as cold as they had said it would be either which is also fine, the high winds that came through brought down most of the leaves that were left and have to get to them. Nicer to do if it is not really cold.

Hope that scale stops bouncing for you. Mine will not. If you find any answers let me know. Desparate, but do not know what else to do to get it going again. Measurements have stalled also. Doc's advice, just keep at it. Was going to do that anyway. Trainer points out that endurance, intensity and ability keep improving but I know the weight needs to go at this point still.

Your site looks great.

Thanks for checking on me Rie!
The scale is up or down within 2 pounds, I can't get below 200.
I spend a lot of time working on this site, it's fun...thanks for the compliment, it means a lot to me!

"Howz come it's so easy to put it on and so hard to get rid of it?"

LOL! If I could answer that, I'd probably make a million dollars! LOL!

Chari, just keep at it. The weight will come off. You are doing fantastic...exercising and eating well.

I'm losing weight, but my 2 tenths of a pound at a time! Talk about slow. LOL!

I hope you have a wonderful day, and I will include you in my prayers for weight loss!

Love you!

Thanks Barb for checking on me. I wish I could see 2 tenths of a pound loss a day. I stopped taking the coconut oil a few days ago. I only took 1/2 T daily and at first I could tell, but after a few days I could not feel it.
Looked back on my old journal when I was loosing good, I did BFL life then and was taking oil of oregano. I didn't keep detailed records though. Wish I would have.
