10-1-07 Exercise

Today I did really good the the gym, I walked a bit to warm up even though my foot hurt today.
I did HIIT and really sweat up a storm. I imagine as the weeks go by I will get better at this. I think that's what the YOU: Doctors want is to start out walking 30 minutes a day no excuses...leading into more. Two more days till weigh in for the month, I don't think it's my best effort.
