Ok, just trying to see how this blogging thing works.
Breakfast- 1 cup shredded wheat and bran with 1/2 cup skim milk and pink lady apple
snack-10 raw almonds and 8 oz. low sodium v-8
Lunch-all white meat turkey dog on ww bun with no HFCS ketchup
snack-activia light yogurt
dinner-ww pasta with red and green peppers, olives, artichokes, onions, grilled zucchini, EVOO, garlic, chicken stock....1 cup
snack salsa wit ww pita chips
coffee with skim milk and splenda
vodka and diet cherry 7 up
