My name is Chari and I am following YOU: On A Diet, affectionately known as YOAD. I started YOAD in mid July, but didn't start keeping track of things till August 3rd 2007.
This Blog is a way for me to keep track of food intake, exercise, and recipes that are YOAD friendly. I started at 217 on August 3 rd 2007.
I have been a yo-yo dieter for many years. I did lose 50 pounds a few years back, when I stopped exercising and watching what I ate the pounds crept back. I quit smoking a few years ago , it's time to get serious about my health.
A little about me: I have a 8 year old daughter named Alexis. I have a mate of 10 years Lovelle, Alexis's Dad. We have a nice condo we purchased 4 years ago and we love it. I am a waitress at a restaurant , Casa D'Angelo. Lovelle is a head tennis Pro. at a nice Country Club.
My family thinks my food stinks and the refuse to eat it! Some day......
Update: 2009-gained some weight back-241 yikes!!!
Joined a Biggest Loser Contest at work, 7 weeks into it I weigh 226 -I am still following YOU, I also go to the gym 7 days a week.
